Online Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are charged before the consultation begins. Once a consultation has started or the doctor has accepted the consultation request, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Appointment Cancellation
Patients may cancel a consultation request before the doctor accepts it. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be processed according to our internal review.
Doctor Unavailable
If a doctor is unavailable or the consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our side, the consultation may be rescheduled or a refund may be issued after review.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate or accidental payments will be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.
